Confie Gives Back
Because our business is based on helping people through insurance services, corporate social responsibility (CSR) comes naturally to us.
From the start, our goal has been to make a difference. Though Confie has grown to become one of the nation’s leading independent insurance providers, our commitment to our core values has never waned.
We’re passionate about engaging in activities that positively impact our community. Our CSR initiatives support a variety of charitable initiatives, respond to emergency needs, promote safety, and invest in our youth. We encourage employees to contribute their time, talent, and resources toward these initiatives.
SLAM Foundation
Confie believes in investing in the communities we serve. We have a special emphasis on helping develop the children of historically underserved communities into passionate and contributing members of society who will make positive impacts in their neighborhoods and the world.
That’s why we partner with the SLAM Foundation, a non-profit education organization providing K-12 tuition-free, public charter schools developed to serve underrepresented communities nationwide. SLAM uses a sports-infused curriculum to motivate students to pursue academic and personal excellence. In 2012, GRAMMY®-award winning artist and education proponent Armando Christian Pérez (Pitbull) opened the first SLAM school in Miami. We believe initiatives like this truly drive a positive impact in today’s world.
