Tim Clark

Tim Clark is Chief Human Resources Officer at Confie. Tim brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across a variety of industries. He is a true business partner for the organization, leading a comprehensive, high-performing business function capable of making significant contributions to the company’s financial performance and growth objectives. This includes managing all matters involved in attracting, developing and retaining employees.

Prior to joining Confie, Tim was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bonduelle Fresh Americas/Ready Pac Foods where he was instrumental in helping to set the culture and build a Human Resources function focused on understanding and supporting the business priorities. He and his team lead the creation of core people processes that supported a results-oriented culture, driving the strategy to acquire the talent necessary to turnaround the business.

Tim brings with him a combination of diverse leadership experiences including Head of HR for Red Digital Cinema Camera Company, several years in the financial-services industry in HR leadership roles including senior vice president of Human Resources for New Century Financial Corporation, ResMAE Mortgage Corporation and Fremont Investment and Loan and more than 10 years at The Pepsi Bottling Group in roles of increasing responsibility within the Human Resources organization, ultimately serving as Human Resources director for five years supporting the Southern California business unit. Tim has a bachelor’s degree in management with an emphasis on human resources from Purdue University.
